- Account data (if you sign up): hashed password, profile fields, booking history.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to quote requests and arrange transport services.
- To send transactional emails (quotes, bookings, invoices, account notifications).
- To improve our service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To share with the assigned transporter only what is necessary to execute the trip (consignor/consignee contact, pickup/drop addresses, load specs).
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and optional analytics cookies to improve it. You can accept or reject optional cookies via the consent banner.
4. Data retention
Lead and booking data is retained for 7 years to comply with GST and accounting regulations. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
